Diana Zambonino is a Manager at LaMP where she works to identify, scope and design viable labor mobility projects in Latin America. Currently, Diana is working on the design and coordination of a skills partnership pilot project for the aged care sector between Spain and Colombia. Additionally, she has contributed to develop a scoping and assesment project for labor mobility opportunities in Ibero-America, driving strategies for dissemination and increased LaMP’s visibility in the region. Her role integrates technical exploration for program design and operational program coordination, encompassing stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, consultant management, workshop facilitation, and more.
Diana is an Ecuadorian economist with experience in the public sector in Ecuador and the non-profit sector in Latin America, delivering project design and management (including innovation projects), monitoring and evaluation, research, and data analysis. Before joining LaMP, Diana worked for the Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean of SOS Children’s Villages advising 20 countries in the region. She had an analytic and regional role in advising and accompanying each country to identify and implement income-generation and innovative solutions to sustain social programs. Diana holds an MPA from the London School of Economics (LSE) with a focus on social policy and has multiple courses in business intelligence, project management, and social innovation. She is detail-oriented and a passionate learner and giver. Diana is based in Quito, Ecuador.
