Gala Arnaud is the consultant in Guatemala for the Continuous Learning component of the GuateCruises (an innovative labor mobility solution with the objective of placing Guatemalan people to work on cruise lines) and GuateCooks (promotes international labor mobility, specifically in the culinary field) projects. In this component, Gala is in charge of carrying out qualitative research that allows for the continuous improvement of the programs.
Previously, Gala has been a consultant for international organizations such as USAID, Population Council, RIMISP, GIZ, UNDP among others, focusing on research topics, especially with vulnerable populations and addressing issues of Human Rights, Health and the environment.
She has a degree in Anthropology from the University of El Valle de Guatemala.
