Zuzana Cepla is a Senior Associate at Labor Mobility Partnerships. Before joining LaMP, Zuzana worked as a Policy and Advocacy Associate at the National Immigration Forum, where she advocated for policies helping immigrants in the U.S. reach their full career potential.
Specifically, she focused on issues such as English language acquisition, adult education, employment, training, credential attainment and professional licensure. Besides skills and workforce development, Zuzana also worked on the organization’s advocacy efforts around refugee resettlement and asylum. Zuzana earned her master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy from the George Mason University and has been currently pursuing her Doctorate in International Affairs at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
