Kim Geronimo is an Associate Director at Labor Mobility Partnerships. Before joining LaMP, Kim worked at the World Bank, evaluating the impact of labor market interventions in developing countries. Previously, she was awarded a Fulbright grant to work within the Ministry of Social Development of Chile on an assessment of access to public health and education infrastructure for low-income Chilean families. She also worked in social policy research at the Institute for Child, Youth, and Family Policy at Brandeis University, and in a non-profit microfinance organization. 

Kim has concurrent master’s degrees in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from the Harvard Kennedy School and in Urban Planning (MUP) from the Harvard School of Design. Kim is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
