Kim Geronimo is a Senior Associate at Labor Mobility Partnerships. Before joining LaMP, Kim worked at the World Bank, evaluating the impact of labor market interventions in developing countries. Previously, she was awarded a Fulbright grant to work within the Ministry of Social Development of Chile on an assessment of access to public health and education infrastructure for low-income Chilean families. She also worked in social policy research at the Institute for Child, Youth, and Family Policy at Brandeis University, and in a non-profit microfinance organization.  

Kim has concurrent master’s degrees in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from the Harvard Kennedy School and in Urban Planning (MUP) from the Harvard School of Design.
