Kimberly Geronimo is an Associate Director at Labor Mobility Partnerships, and oversees LaMP’s portfolio of proof-of-concept projects and pilots within the Americas region. In this role, she is responsible for several multi-million dollar pilot programs across North, Central, and South America that provide a testing and learning ground for scalable and sustainable labor mobility solutions. Along with her team, she ensures successful project management and results, and ensures that practical learnings and insights from demonstration pilots are incorporated into LaMP’s global vision and strategy.
Before joining LaMP, Kimberly worked at the World Bank, evaluating the impact of labor market interventions in developing countries. Previously, she was awarded a Fulbright grant for social science research in partnership with the Ministry of Social Development of Chile. She also worked in social policy research at Brandeis University, and at a non-profit microfinance organization. She has concurrent master’s degrees in public administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from the Harvard Kennedy School and in Urban Planning (MUP) from the Harvard School of Design.
