Haley Gray serves as the Operations Manager at Labor Mobility Partnerships (LaMP), where she oversees organization-wide operations across LaMP’s offices in the United States and Germany. Her responsibilities include managing compliance, human resources, and finance to support LaMP’s mission of advancing labor mobility. Haley works closely with LaMP’s leadership and board of directors to ensure the organization operates effectively, achieves its strategic goals, and maximizes its impact across regions, supported by over $10 million in contributions.

Haley has 8 years of experience working for international non-profit organizations. Prior to joining LaMP, she played a key role in the operational launch of the Solidarity Center’s global network of union and worker rights’ lawyers. Her commitment to labor rights began with her work at the anti-human trafficking organization International Justice Mission, where she provided support for programs in Thailand, as well as the launch of a global campaign from Washington, DC.

Haley holds a master’s degree in International Development, specializing in labor migration, from the University of Edinburgh. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Furman University, including a semester at the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. Based in Washington, DC, Haley enjoys traveling frequently with her partner and their small dog.
