Ana Rodriguez is a Quantitative Research Consultant at LaMP, where she conducts quantitative research to inform recommendations and design solutions for projects in Latin America. Her role focuses on analyzing the results of worker voice surveys to provide insights for market players to strengthen responsible recruitment. She also supports the development of low-cost labor mobility tech solutions and conducts qualitative research to complement quantitative results. She also coordinates the work of the Responsible Recruitment Working Group, which co-designs financial solutions to support responsible recruitment in agriculture.
Ana has extensive experience in the development sector, with her research focused on equipping marginalized communities with tools to improve their economic status. Before joining LaMP, she worked at TMG and A4AI, leading research projects aimed at amplifying the voices of marginalized groups in low- and middle-income countries, including women and children. She has also worked in the private sector as a management consultant in Colombia, Sweden, and the UK.
Ana holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from University College London and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and International Business Administration from the dual-degree program between Montpellier Business School and Universidad del Rosario.
Ana is a native of Colombia and speaks Spanish, English, and French. She is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
