Haley Gray is the Program Officer, Strategic Operations with LaMP. She supports organization-wide development of the operating systems, processes, and norms necessary to enable nimble and effective delivery of LaMP’s mission, including communications, recruitment, and finance. Haley has over 5 years of experience aiding global worker rights initiatives. Prior to LaMP, she supported programs expanding legal protections for workers and communicating worker-led campaigns for the Solidarity Center. She began her concentration on labor rights while working for an anti-human trafficking organization, International Justice Mission. Haley earned her master’s degree in International Development with a focus on labor migration from the University of Edinburgh.
