El equipo pudo escuchar las preocupaciones, expectativas e ideas de los trabajadores sobre el programa H-2A, c\u00f3mo mejorarlo y aumentar el acceso para otros. Esta fue tambi\u00e9n una oportunidad para aprender de las pr\u00e1cticas de CIERTO y la participaci\u00f3n de la comunidad.  <\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"aalto-block quote-block\">\r\n  <div class=\"row\">\r\n    <div class=\"small-12 column\">\r\n      <aside>\r\n        <blockquote>\r\n          <p class=\"quote-block-quote\"><p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He visto c\u00f3mo Zacapoaxtla [un pueblo cercano que env\u00eda regularmente trabajadores temporales a EE.UU.] ha crecido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os: quiero ir a EE.UU. a trabajar duro, para que se recluten m\u00e1s trabajadores de mi pueblo, y crece como lo ha hecho Zacapoaxtla.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n                      <p class=\"quote-block-attribution\">\r\n              <span>&#8212;<\/span> Trabajador estacional por primera vez            <\/p>\r\n                  <\/blockquote>\r\n        \r\n      <\/aside>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"aalto-block wysiwyg-block standard-block-padding\">\r\n  <div class=\"row\">\r\n    <div class=\"small-12 column\">\r\n      <p><strong>Reflexi\u00f3n del equipo LaMP:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Kim y Mel del equipo de Am\u00e9rica del Norte de LaMP viajaron a Huahuaxtla, Puebla, y se reunieron con 30 trabajadores que hab\u00edan trabajado y no hab\u00edan trabajado en los Estados Unidos bajo el programa de trabajadores temporales agr\u00edcolas H-2A anteriormente. La informaci\u00f3n transparente y completa fue la prioridad n\u00famero uno para los trabajadores en el proceso de reclutamiento, y la participaci\u00f3n comunitaria en persona se consider\u00f3 la mejor manera de establecer la confianza entre los reclutadores y los trabajadores.
